documentation for samples sent for laboratory testing. Customers are requested to provide an ‘End
Use Statement’ confirming that all material will be destroyed and not released to the environment.
The value stated in the despatch note is the nominal intrinsic value of the samples. The invoiced
amount is for providing the specialist service of culturing and conditioning.
